Brad Keselowski won at Pocono, I totally did not see this win coming. In fact I was even surprised he was racing on Sunday! But he did race and driving injured paid off for him big time.
He was testing at Road Atlanta on Wednesday and was going into a turn when his brakes failed. He was going 100 mph after he managed to slow it down a little, but still hit the wall hard head on. Also that wall did not have a safer barrier, so he's lucky to be around today.
I left before the race ended, but when I came back I was shocked with the results of the race.I wasn't expecting Brad to be the one in Victory Lane but he was. I wouldn't been surprised if he had gotten a top 10 or top 5, but he won. Now I see why he didn't want anyone else getting in his car, because he believed that he had a chance at winning even when injured. He proved to everybody that he wasn't going to let this injury get in his way of racing and winning.
Congrats to Brad Keselowski on a great victory at Pocono!
